Rapor analiz edildiğinde, cihazın Apple sunucularıyla güvenli iletişim kurmasını engelleyen başlıca genel sorunlar şunlardır:
Yaklaşık 3 aydır aralıksız devam eden bu kronik sorun, özellikle
Kablonet fiber altyapısını kullanan abonelerin Apple
ekosistemindeki servislere (App Store, iCloud, cihaz güncellemeleri) erişiminde
ciddi aksaklıklara ve yer yer tam kesintilere neden olmaktadır. Altyapı kaynaklı
bu duruma müdahale amacıyla abonelerde ZTE modemden Skyworth modeme
geçiş yapılmış, ancak bu donanım değişikliği sorunu sadece 2 günlüğüne
çözebilmiş ve sonrasında arızalar aynı şiddetle geri dönmüştür.
@yigitech tarafından da 7 Temmuz'dan beri somut ağ testleriyle
aktif olarak dile getirildiği üzere; yüksek paket kayıpları ve SSL
müdahalelerinin bir türlü kalıcı çözüme kavuşmadığı ortadadır.
Son zamanlarda popüler oyun EA FC'nin Türkiye sunucularında yaşanan bağlantı, eşleşme ve gecikme (ping) problemleri de göz önüne alındığında, tablonun genel bir altyapı zaafiyeti olduğu daha net anlaşılmaktadır. Kullanıcılar, modern bir internet hizmetinde asla yaşanmaması gereken bu tür hatalı yönlendirme (routing) ve trafiğe müdahale problemlerinin çözümünün maalesef kabul edilemez derecede yavaş ilerlediğine şahit olmaktadır.
Günümüz standartlarında devasa boyutlara ulaşan %50-80 oranlarındaki paket kayıpları ve küresel servislerdeki 403 / Sertifika hataları, ISS (İnternet Servis Sağlayıcı) tarafında acil ve köklü bir teknik müdahale gerektirmektedir. Aylardır mağduriyet yaşayan kullanıcılar artık kalıcı bir çözüm beklemektedir.
